How do I set up HMA?

HMA works by connecting your device to one of our secure servers and channeling all of your internet traffic through that server. This hides your real IP address and location, making it appear as if you’re browsing from wherever the server is located.

To set up HMA on your device, simply follow these steps:

1. Choose which device you want to use HMA with and head to our downloads page to get the appropriate app.

2. Once the app has downloaded, open it up and log in with your HMA account details. If you don’t have an account yet, you can sign up for one here.

3. Select a server location from the list – we have hundreds of servers in 290+ locations around the world so you’re sure to find one that suits your needs. You can also search for specific locations or filter by country, city, or type of connection (e.g., HTTP, HTTPS).

4. Connect to the server by hitting the ‘Power’ button – once connected, all of your internet traffic will go through the HMA server meaning your real IP address and location will be hidden. And that’s it! You can now browse anonymously and securely with HMA!

To set up RRAS on a VPN server, right-click the server and select Configure and Enable Routing and Remote Access. The Routing and Remote Access Server Setup Wizard will open. In the Welcome to the Routing and Remote Access Server Setup Wizard, select Next. In Configuration, select Custom Configuration, and then select Next.

If you want to set up a VPN on your phone, you’ll need to open your phone’s Settings app. Once you’re in the Settings app, tap on the Network & internet option. From there, you should be able to find the VPN option. If you can’t find it, try searching for “VPN.” If you still can’t find it, you may need to get help from your device manufacturer.

Once you’ve found the VPN you want to use, tap on it to open the VPN’s settings. In the VPN’s settings, you’ll need to enter your username and password. After you’ve entered your credentials, tap on the Connect button. If you’re using a VPN app, the app will open at this point.
