1. open the Norton application and click on “Quick Controls”.
2. click on the “Disable VPN” button. A confirmation window will appear asking if you’re sure you want to disable the VPN; click “Yes”.
3. The VPN will now be temporarily disabled. To re-enable it, simply follow the steps above and click on “Enable VPN”.
