To request a refund, simply contact CyberGhost customer support. You’ll need to provide your order number and the email address associated with your account. CyberGhost will then process your refund and send it back to the original form of payment within 14 business days.
If you purchased your subscription through an app store (such as iTunes or Google Play), you’ll need to request a refund directly from them. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for app store purchases ourselves.

Confirm that you want to cancel by clicking “Yes, Cancel My Subscription.”
